 ARMS self-performs concrete and foundations trade work on some of the most complex projects in and around KSA – sometimes on ARMS’s own projects when it is most beneficial for the job, sometimes for other general contractors. CLIENT BENEFITS Because ARMS competes with other concrete and foundations contractors for their work, clients can be sure that our costs are competitive and our skills first-rate. But even when ARMS does not self-perform work on one of our projects, our clients still benefit. First, with our experience self-performing these critical trades, our project managers have a database of actual costs for this work. This can be a significant advantage when negotiating prices. Also, having firsthand knowledge of what it takes to complete these trades under a variety of project conditions allows us to more accurately schedule this work. Once the workers are on site, our personnel are able to monitor production and quality in a way that other general contractors may not be able to do. And if an issue comes up, our staff can proactively suggest mid-course corrections. |
